I spend a lot of my working life in front of screens. Long days, constant emails and everything else that comes with modern life. And honestly, I know how difficult it can be to properly switch off.

I've also experienced migraines throughout my life, so I understand how important it is to find simple ways to relax and take a moment for yourself.

That personal experience is what inspired me to create LumiRelax. I wanted to share simple, thoughtfully selected products that make it easier to slow down, relax and create a little more calm in your everyday life. Because I believe looking after yourself shouldn't be complicated or something you only do when you finally have time.
